Description
The miniBOOSTER valve housing is used for mounting various accessory components directly to the miniBOOSTER.
This saves space and reduces the cost of using stand alone components for these functions.
The valve housing and components selected will be factory-mounted, tested and sized based on the model of miniBOOSTER selected.
The CV5 is designed for incorporation of a counterbalance valve which allows fast-forward movement of a cylinder, by directing the full inlet flow to pass directly through the miniBOOSTER until the set pressure has been reached. Then the counterbalance valve opens and the booster starts oscillating. The unit will automatically stall when end pressure on the high-pressure side H is reached.

Ordering a CV5 valve housing
The ordering codes below is covering the CV5 valve housing including the adapter kit.
Booster and counterbalance valve are not included and have to be ordered separately.
Ordering example of a complete unit for an HC2 booster, oscillating start range: 0-77 bar:
1 off HC2-4.0-B-1 hydraulic booster
1 off HC2-CV5-1 valve housing
1 off CB10-HV3A1EB counterbalance valve
Ordering example of a complete unit for an HC4 booster, oscillating start range: 50-160 bar:
1 off HC4-1.5-B-1 hydraulic booster
1 off HC4-CV5-1 valve housing
1 off SO5A-BP3/H2-42S-B counterbalance valve
When ordering a complete unit, the components will be factory mounted and tested.
We also offer presetting of valve on request.
Attention note!
HC2-CV5 is applicable for both HC7 and HC8 boosters.
