Description
The miniBOOSTER valve housing is used for mounting various accessory components directly to the miniBOOSTER.
This saves space and reduces the cost of using stand alone components for these functions.
The valve housing and components selected will be factory-mounted, tested and sized based on the model of miniBOOSTER selected.
The CV3 is designed for incorporation of a Pressure Reducing Valve (PRV) to control inlet pressure to the miniBOOSTER, an optional orifice to reduce inlet flow to the maximum allowed for the intensification factor selected, and a 4/3 directional valve to direct flow in the forward, dump, and neutral positions. Both manually operated and solenoid-operated valves are available.

Ordering a CV3 valve housing
The ordering codes below is covering the CV3 valve housing including the adapter kit.
Booster, directional valve and pressure reducing valve are not included and have to be ordered seperately.
Ordering example of a complete unit for an HC2 booster:
1 off HC2-CV3-1 valve housing
1 off CP640-1B033D directional valve
1 off CP230-4B0AC0 pressure reducing valve
1 off HC2-4.0-B-1 hydraulic booster
When ordering a complete unit the components will be factory mounted and tested.
Attention note!
HC2-CV3 is applicable with both HC7 and HC8 boosters.
