Key Account Manager U.S.-based
Ambitious sales professional based in the U.S for growing international company.
Are you ready for a career in technical sales in the hydraulics market? We are looking for candidates for a Key Account Manager position in North America to grow our business.
About the Position
• Responsible for sales in the United States, Canada, and Mexico, through the development of new and support of existing customers.
• The job includes technical support on product selection and problem solving. In addition, there will be systematic follow-up on distributors, customers, and new customer inquiries. You will be part of a global sales team.
• Versatile remote workplace with infrequent travel to customers and factory.
• Develop annual sales forecasts with a focus on the top customers and top industries.
• Recommend channels-to-market for key end-users and key industries.
• Manage all aspects of training for key distributors and customers.
• Drive company growth by expanding customer base using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Collaborate with the commercial team and others to ensure industry-best customer service. Desired Skills & Experience
About you
• Energetic with a broad technical perspective, business acumen, and excellent communication skills.
• Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to both “think big” and manage the details.
• Goal-oriented and -driven.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships in a small business format and with key customers and key contacts in relevant industries.
• BS or BA, either technical or commercial. Engineering degree a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or similar ERP a plus.
• Sales experience is a plus.
• Experience or interest in hydraulics.

Compensation
Commensurate with experience and skills. Base salary and bonus plan. Benefits include contribution to health insurance, 401K, and paid vacation and holidays. miniBOOSTER will provide laptop PC, monitors, accessories, and office supplies.
