Description

The miniBOOSTER valve housing is used for mounting various accessory components directly to the miniBOOSTER.
This saves space and reduces the cost of using stand alone components for these functions.
The valve housing and components selected will be factory-mounted, tested and sized based on the model of miniBOOSTER selected.

The CV2W stainless steel 316L​ valve housing is designed for incorporation of a Pressure Reducing Valve (PRV) to control inlet pressure to the booster and an option of orifices to reduce inlet flow to the maximum allowed for the intensification factor selected.

Ordering a CV2W valve housing

The ordering codes below is covering the CV2W valve housing including the adapter kit.
Booster and pressure reducing valve are not included and have to be ordered seperately.

Ordering example of a complete unit for an HC2W booster for media > 5 cSt (mm2/s) tested in oil:

1 off HC2W-CV2W-1 valve housing
1 off W-PB11A-30ALP pressure reducing valve – stainless external parts
1 off HC2W-4.0-B-1S hydraulic booster

Ordering example of a complete unit for an HC2W booster for media < 5 cSt (mm2/s) tested in water:

1 off HC2W-CV2W-1 valve housing
1 off W-PB11A-30WLS-WN pressure reducing valve – 100% stainless
1 off HC2W-4.0-B-1 hydraulic booster

When ordering a complete unit the components will be factory mounted and tested.

Attention note!

HC2W-CV2W is applicable for both HC2W and HC7W boosters.
